Referrals & Funding

We are able to support children with private funding (including private health & Medicare plans) and children with NDIS funding who are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed.  

 

A referral from your GP/health provider is not required to access our services.

Parents, carers, & support coordinators can contact us directly to access our services.

We kindly request that you please include the following details in your referral request:

1. Parent & child's name

2. Child's age & school year

3. Contact details 

4. A brief reason for the referral

• Inner Metro/East (e.g. Stirling, Osborne Park, Subiaco, Nedlands, & east to Bullsbrook/Chittering)

• Northern Suburbs (e.g. Karrinyup through to Jindalee, including Carine, Duncraig, Kingsley, Woodvale, Padbury, Edgewater, Mullaloo, Joondalup etc)

• Coastal Suburbs (e.g. Scarborough, North Beach, Sorrento, Hillarys, Ocean Reef, Quinns Rocks, Alkimos, through to Two Rocks)
